1 Check all cables, power and parallel cable from the printer to the PC
2 If there is an error on the printer look in the manual what it means

3 Is the software installed? Go to the printer section in the control panel. Does the printer show? If not install the software driver. Right click on the printer, is there a tick next to the “Set as default” field

4 Is the printers toner empty?? Some printers stop printing when the toner is low/empty
