RSS FeedDreamScene have released a nice little application that turns your favourite videos into desktop wallpaper, To install go to http://bit.ly/dream240 and download the application, double click on the.exe and follow the prompts to install.
Once the program is installed you can right click on any video file and select "Set as desktop background" You can pause the video at any time by right clicking on it and select pause.
