New Online Data Privacy Rules

New online data privacy rules have been outlined in a code of practice being issued to online companys.  The new privacy rules are being enforced by the information commissioners office (ICO).  the code of practice recommends several key principles for handeling personal data such as that it must be adequate and relevant,  should not be kept for longer than nexessary and must be faily and lawfuly processed
